the person-centered approach
The so-called person-centered approach comprises both counseling and psychotherapy. It is based on humanistic psychology and was founded by the US-American psychologist Carl Rogers.
Its main goal is for you to learn to explore your own behavior through my help, to regain your inherent capacity for self-realization, and thus to solve your problems on your own.
